We are busily preparing for the beta of Hyperic HQ 3.0. This will be a major advance for HQ. For open source users, some features that were previously only available for enterprise users will now be available for all – including application control. If you want to try out the code that will be tagged “3.0″ in our subversion repository, you’ll first need to check out a subversion client, and then issue the command:

svn co http://svn.hyperic.org/projects/hq/trunk hq

Enjoy! It will most likely break in spots, as it is under heavy development. Please don’t use this in a production environment!

Feel free to log any bugs here: http://jira.hyperic.com/
