Hyperic HQ 3.2.2 and Hyperic HQ 3.2.2 Enterprise are now available! This version features the hot new HQU Plugin framework and the first stages of OpenNMS integration. Also new is an MSI installer for Windows and RPM’s for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Fedora.

Introducing HQU Plugins
HQU gives operations the ability to automate tasks and create new UI views for HQ. Written in Groovy, HQU plugins can be easily shared and hot-deployed in live Hyperic HQ environments. HQU applications include:
-> Custom UI views
-> Web Services integration
-> A Groovy script console

Hyperic Partners with OpenNMS
Hyperic and OpenNMS announced a partnership and product integration plans designed to provide the industry’s most complete open source management solution. Hyperic’s first integration milestone was released today with Hyperic HQ 3.2.2. The companies discussed the integration and outline the roadmap in a HyperCAST on March 11, 2008.
